- Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues on our side (e.g., webinar did not start or platform failure) and are unable to attend, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate Payments:
If you accidentally made more than one payment for the same webinar, we will refund the duplicate amount.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to attend the webinar without prior notice.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the webinar).
- Issues due to user-side technical problems (e.g., poor internet connection).
- If the session was attended, in full or in part.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Transaction ID or payment proof
- Webinar name and date
- Reason for refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

- Given the option to attend the rescheduled session or apply the credit to a future session.
